This is an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise, project coordination, and problem-solving while contributing to challenging international projects.

No two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the selection, integration, setup, and operation of survey equipment
  • Reviewing project mobilisation requirements and coordinating equipment requests
  • Preparing survey mobilisation schedules and cost estimates
  • Briefing offshore survey engineering personnel before project deployment
  • Providing technical support throughout mobilisation and offshore operations
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure equipment is delivered, returned, and off-hired efficiently
  • Managing equipment fault reports and coordinating replacements
  • Maintaining vessel survey equipment inventories and consumable requirements
  • Ensuring survey system documentation and configurations remain accurate and up to date
  • Developing technical notes, procedures, and mobilisation plans
  • Championing Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) standards
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the team

What experience would we like you to have?

We’re keen to hear from survey equipment professionals who thrive on challenge and enjoy working in a collaborative, solutions-focused environment.  Also:

  • A Degree or HND in Surveying, Electronics, or a related discipline
  • Knowledge of subsea offshore construction, ROV systems, and survey equipment
  • Offshore experience within Survey and/or ROV operations (advantageous)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership and deliver solutions
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • The flexibility to support projects globally, including occasional travel and working across different time zones

Why Join Subsea7?
