Working groups

Working Groups and Committees are formed under the direction of the THS:UKI Board to carry out specific activities or projects.

Current Working Groups

  • Education Committee

    The Education Committee was established by the Board in 2014 to support and administer the Society's stated objectives to:
    - promote the advancement of education and training for those engaged in or intending to engage in hydrography and associated disciplines
    - raise awareness of the career opportunities offered by hydrographic surveying and associated professions

  • HPAS Working Group

    This Working Group has produced the Hydrographic Professional Accreditation Scheme (HPAS) which THS:UKI delivers on behalf of the IFHS.
