A talk by the Marine Accident Investigation Branch with David C Robertson.

David Robertson is Inspector of Marine Accidents with the Marine Accident Investigation Branch (MAIB). This talk will include a background of the MAIB as well as a presentation of case studies and what we can and do learn from past accidents.
