Job Description
Are you driven by precision and teamwork offshore? We are looking for a Surveyor Grade I to strengthen our offshore crew and help deliver high-quality data from the seabed. In this role, you’ll contribute to safe and efficient survey operations, support continuous improvement, and play a part in developing the next generation of survey professionals.
Responsibilities:
Surveyor Grade I is responsible for planning, executing, and supervising offshore survey operations, ensuring high data accuracy and adherence to offshore survey standards. This role involves advanced troubleshooting, QC data, and mentoring of trainees and junior surveyors.
Job Qualifications:
- MSc or BSc in Hydrographic Surveying, Geomatics, or equivalent education.
- Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- If applicable: Offshore safety training and a valid medical certificate for offshore work, as required by regulations.
Experience:
Satisfactory completion of the competence criteria for Surveyor Grade I. Nominally 12 months of experience, including 80 operational offshore days as a Surveyor Grade I.
Alternatively, relevant industrial, military, or academic experience in a survey-related discipline may also be considered.
