Welcome to HYDRO 2025 Hydrographic Conference & Exhibition

The Hydrographic Society UK & Ireland (THS:UKI) will be hosting the international conference and exhibition, HYDRO 2025, on behalf of the International Federation of Hydrographic Societies (IFHS).

This 3-day conference and exhibition brings together the international hydrographic community along with manufacturers and service providers to share experiences, knowledge, and innovations within the hydrographic and related industries. The format of the HYDRO conference series includes an extensive conference programme with workshops, user seminars, and boat demonstrations running in parallel, as well as a fantastic exhibition.

DELEGATE REGISTRATION

All 3 day delegate fees include tea/coffee, lunch and access to the HYDRO 2025 Conference and Exhibition. In addition to this, delegate fees also include a ticket to the Icebreaker evening event being held on Monday 27th October (ticket numbers are limited for this) and the Gala Dinner on Wednesday 29th October.

* One-day tickets include entry to the HYDRO 2025 Conference and Exhibition only; they do not include entry to the Icebreaker or Gala Dinner. Social tickets can be purchased additionally at a cost of £120 and enable entry to the Icebreaker (capacity allowing) and the Gala Dinner.

Information
– Refunds will not be processed within 30 days of the event
 – Member rates are available for an Individual Member or up to TWO representatives of a Corporate Member of any IFHS or THSOA member hydrographic society.
 – Student rates are available to full-time students at a university or other tertiary educational establishment during the academic year 2025/26.
Due to the limited capacity for the Icebreaker Event, we ask that during the registration process, you inform us whether you will be attending the social event. Tickets will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. Should your circumstances change and you are no longer able to attend the Icebreaker, please ensure you inform us via event@ths-uki.org so we can reallocate your ticket to another person.
