THS:UKI South West Branch Industry Networking Event

Meet a panel of experts and get a chance to have 1:1 discussions with companies & members!

This is a fantastic opportunity to find all about Hydrography as a career from the people who have ‘been there and done it’!

All students are welcome to attend, whether already studying hydrography, Ocean Exploration or a marine science course, or just wanting to find out more about hydrography as a career.

The evening will be split into two parts broken up by an informal buffet meal in the middle:
Part 1 | Meet the Panel of Experts
A varied group of individuals covering everything from Offshore Surveying, Coastal Survey Operations, Geodesy to surveying using Uncrewed Surface Vessels, will be on hand to answer your toughest questions.

Part 2 | One-on-One
A wider number of individuals and corporate companies will also be present to have short 5 minute one-on-one discussions with those students/graduates wishing to find out about specific roles, possible job opportunities and just general industry advice.
