Location: Faringdon, Oxfordshire (parking available) – Office-based
Hours: Full-time; Monday – Friday (9am to 5:30pm)

You will be exceptionally organised, have a strong initiative and attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and confident communication at all levels. Previous experience providing varied administrative support to a team is essential.

What the role will involve?
Project coordination using Workflow Max – managing project timelines, progress reviews and chasing outstanding actions.
Manage QMS (ISO9001 compliance and ISO45001/140001 rollout and maintenance).
Updating and creating new policies, procedures, and document templates.
Office/facilities/vehicles management.
General office administration including proofreading documents and proposals, pulling together reports and ad hoc administrative task for the team.
Assisting with project logistics, including arranging travel and accommodation.
Organising meetings, minute taking and actions.
Working with an HR consultant on HR administration.
Coordinating job proposals.
Liaising with clients over the phone and email.
Ordering supplies and stationery.
Assisting with business development activities – creating searches for the consultants
