Drilling Trainer

Apply NowAs a Drilling Trainer you will be responsible for delivering training courses across the organisation by designing, developing, and delivering courses and programmes in accordance with Fugro training and policies and procedures.
Work closely with the Fugro Academy Training team to design and develop training programmes.
Virtual, Face to Face and Online Delivery of Drilling training courses and programmes
Work closely with Land and Marine Drilling experts to gather the technical information required to develop training courses.
Ensure a safe working environment, adhere to strict Health and Safety guidelines, and ensure the welfare of all course attendees.
Respond to emails from across the organisation.
Updating the company databases, keeping records up to date
This role may require occasional, global travel to various Fugro or client offices to deliver training.
Supporting other trainers
Experience with drilling technology and operations, onshore and/or offshore
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Good computer skills using Word / Excel / MS Project etc.
Adaptability, with a proven ability to work as part of a small team and independently.
Willingness to learn new skills, appropriate to the position, as Fugro Academy develops.
Coaching, mentoring, or training junior Drillers.
Leadership, mentoring and management experience.
Experience of training course design and development processes
