Graduate Offshore Surveyor

Are you a recent or soon-to-be graduate looking to kickstart your career in an offshore environment? Look no further! We’re seeking Graduates who would like to join the offshore survey team and gain experience and exposure to the Surveyor and Data Processor discipline and help us continue our growth and development of a highly-skilled offshore team.

Reach Subsea offers specialist survey and positioning services to support international marine construction projects, offshore cable operations  and seabed surveys; and as a Graduate, you’ll work alongside our experienced Surveyors, Engineers and Data Processors offshore, whilst being supported by our onshore technical teams. You’ll gain full exposure as to how the roles work together and contribute to the successful delivery of projects.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your understanding of the industry and gain knowledge of offshore survey operations. To aid your understanding we will provide you with the opportunity to get hands on experience on our vessels and see first-hand how Reach Subsea contribute to the Energy transition.

Working with an experienced team to learn and contribute to offshore survey projects

• Setting up of online and offline systems, including computers, systems and software
• Overseeing the collection of survey data
• Interpreting live data whilst it is being collected
• Solving problems as they develop during offshore projects
• Presenting collected data into a deliverable

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree related to Hydrography / Geomatics / Geophysics / Geosciences.
• A self-motivated individual that can work within a team, and demonstrates strong communication skills
• A Proactive approach to problem solving
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
